Mr. Roopanwal is a senior partner and a mentor to the firm. As a former judge of the High Court he brings along with him four decades of legal expertise for handling complex matters with great circumspection. He is an expert arbitrator and currently chairs the Arbitrations of Technology Development Board of India, Ministry of Science & Technology. He also chaired several central enquiry commissions by Ministry of HRD and Govt. Of India of National Importance. He is also a designated Senior Advocate of Supreme Court of India.

Mr. Roopanwal is a partner with the firm having his expertise in core area of custom laws. He represents AIBA at United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL). He specialises in matters pertaining to custom compliance of export and import matters, classification disputes etc. He also looks after the corporate matters at the firm before the NCLT and NCLAT besides High Court and Supreme Court. He is an expert in International Law and matters pertaining to ISDS reforms. He is regularly handling International Arbitrations before Dubai and London Courts of International Arbitration.

Ms. Rathor is a partner with the firm having her core area of expertise in civil and corporate litigation. She has extensive experience in handling complex matters of civil nature. She has previously worked in the offices of Additional Solicitor General of India where she handled matters of national importance.

Mr. Jain is an Associate at our firm. He is looking after our Corporate and Insolvency Division, Litigation and all other matters. He is an aspiring Insolvency professional, having special knowledge of Insolvency, Bankruptcy & Cross Border Insolvency India. Mr. Jain is member of International Bar Association, American Bar Association, INSOL International, Singapore International Arbitration Center (YSIAC), International court for Commercial Arbitration (YICCA)
